Exercise physiologist with a background in clinical practice spanning over 20 years across sport and high performance, clinical rehabilitation and occupational health, and including rural and remote practice. Involved in clinical education since 2011 with RTOs and Universities, and a Course Accreditation Reviewer with Exercise and Sports Science Australia.
Passionate about sustainable, evidence-based exercise that restores function, confidence and hope.
Enjoys bass guitar, camping, coastal fishing and exploring Australia.
