place Health and Medical Research Building

Alongside completing a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Flinders University, I am currently gaining hands-on research experience in a neuroscience laboratory within the HMRB, exploring the cellular and molecular processes underlying memory and how these are affected by neurodegenerative disease.

My responsibilities and work currently include carrying out immunofluorescence protocols and using fluorescence microscopy to image and analyse brain tissue samples. I hope to continue building my research experience and eventually pursue a career in neuropsychology, with particular interests in memory, neurodegenerative diseases, and the ageing brain.
