Raj Brij

Dr. Raj Brij is the Course Coordinator for Inclusive and Specialised Education and a Senior Lecturer in the College of Human Sciences and Culture. He holds a PhD from Flinders University, where his research focused on the implementation of evidence-based practices for autistic students. His master's degree in special education was obtained from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. 

As course coordinator, Raj leads the design and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programs that prepare current and future educators to implement contemporary, research informed practices that advances equitable education. 

Raj's teaching and professional engagement focus on integrated multi-tiered systems of support (iMTSS), autism, intellectual disability and evidence-based inclusive practices that promote academic, social and behavioural success of diverse learners.
