Passionate about the translation of research outcomes for practical purposes, I specialise in developing collaborative research partnerships; and the management of large state and national projects. The projects in the aged care sector have been about understanding what constitutes best practice in dementia care, measuring the care delivered nationally assessing it against best practice and improving the care delivered through innovative new models.
