Focus Area Lead (Research Fellow) and Project Manager with over a decade of experience bridging industry and research, currently leading transformative initiatives at the Flinders Factory of the Future (FFF). In my role as Research Project Manager, I oversee innovation-driven projects aligned with Industry 4.0 technologies, collaborating closely with industry partners through the Manufacturing Growth Accelerator (MGA) Program. My responsibilities include project initiation, scoping, planning, and execution, as well as advancing technology adoption and operational efficiency at FFF.

As Focus Area Lead, I work with FFF leadership to cultivate strategic partnerships with external industry organisations and technology providers. I play a pivotal role in developing and delivering MGA projects, facilitating workshops and demonstrations, and identifying opportunities for future research, including Strategic Industry Research Projects (SIRP).

My research focuses on the organisational dynamic capabilities required for adopting advanced technologies, with a particular emphasis on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
