Sandie has practised and researched extensively in cancer treatment and supportive care in Australia, Hong Kong and New Zealand. Sandie's research program focuses on the prevention, assessment and management of the toxicities of cancer therapy, in which she trials multimodal interventions (nourishment, movement, distress management) to enhance cancer patient outcomes. The consumer-driven cancer recovery interventions developed in conjunction with her collaborators are now successfully translating to practice.  

Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Bachelor of Nursing, Master of Nursing, Doctor of Philosophy.
