Sara Miller is an analytical physical chemist who is active in the field of analytical spectroscopy. She is particularly interested in the use of multivariate and machine learning methods for the interpretation of vibrational spectroscopic data for qualitative-, quantitative- and classification-based analyses for a wide range of materials and applications including (but not limited to) pharmaceutics, primary produce, and medical diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

Instrument leader for the FMMA Raman microscopy facilities.

Teaching interests

Analytical chemistry with particular emphasis on spectroscopy and associated data analysis techniques.
