As a molecular microbiologist and a PC2/OGTR and BC2 laboratory manager, passionate research scientist, and educator, my primary focus is inspiring employees to approach their work with eagerness and curiosity while emphasizing continuous skill development. Throughout my career in science, I have been driven by a lifelong passion for pushing the boundaries of knowledge. I derive great satisfaction from contributing to cutting-edge research and empowering others to build and harness their learning engine. As a humanistic leader, I emphasize creating an inclusive, diverse, safe, and equitable environment. This approach fosters a collaborative atmosphere conducive to breaking new ground in science and engineering.
