Key responsibilities
The Chief Property and Development Officer has responsibility for the strategy, planning, development, capital delivery, management and maintenance of all Flinders’ places, spaces and physical infrastructure across the whole of their lifecycle to ensure they are fit for purpose and support Flinders to deliver its strategic goals.
Shane leads the following teams:
- Strategic Planning
- Customer and Site Services
- Capital Development
- Strategic Projects (major projects including the Flinders HealthCARE centre)
- Sustainability
