Key responsibilities

The Director Property, Facilities and Development (PFD) has responsibility for the strategy, planning, development, capital delivery, management and maintenance of all Flinders’ places, spaces and physical infrastructure across the whole of their lifecycle to ensure they are fit for purpose and support Flinders to deliver its strategic goals.

Shane leads the following teams:

Strategic Planning and Sustainability
Customer and Site Services
Capital Development
Strategic Projects (major infrastructure projects including the Health and Medical Research Building and Flinders Village)
