Dr Shengjian Chen

Lecturer

College of Science and Engineering

place Tonsley (3.26)

I received the M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Adelaide, Australia, in 2013 and 2017 respectively. From 2017 to 2021, I was a postdoctoral researcher and a lecturer in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The University of Adelaide. Since 2022, I have been working as a lecturer of Electromagnetic Systems and Security at Flinders University.

My current research interests are applied electromagnetics which include RFID based wearable applications, leaky wave antennas, microwave absorbers, as well as wearable and reconfigurable electromagnetic structures based on novel conductive materials such as graphene, conductive polymers and conductive fabrics.
