Sophie Trabilsie

I am an experienced research management professional specialising in research contracting, negotiation and research administration, with more than eight years’ experience supporting complex research activities and partnerships. As Senior Research Contracts Officer at Flinders University, I lead the Research Contracts team and work across the University to enable research collaborations with government, industry, universities and other external partners. With qualifications spanning finance, international studies and business law, I bring a strategic, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to contracting, risk and research management. I am particularly passionate about improving systems and processes, building capability, and finding better ways to deliver responsive, high-quality support to researchers and partners.
