I have a high school teaching background and developed an interest in conducting educational research in the area of refugee studies. I have experience in conducting qualitative research using case study methodology.

I have worked as an educator in both secondary school and university contexts and am passionate about both teaching and research.

In my current role, I am involved in both academic pursuits. I am currently involved in a research project examining doctoral student/supervisor relationships, in addition to a bibliometric project exploring the scholarship of teaching and learning in the health professions.
