Ying is an experienced ICU clinical nurse and has taught at the tertiary level for several years. Her working experience in China and Australia enables her support staff and students to understand cultural differences. Ying has completed her master's in nursing with a research interest in cultural and linguistically diverse people's experiences during critical illness. Ying's PhD study explored a facilitator-enabled virtual iSupport program for carers of people with dementia in the Australian health and aged care context using a mixed-methods study design.
