Zhibin Zhang joined the School of Social and Policy Studies in July 2016. Prior to that he taught at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences and Nanyang Centre for Public Administration, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His primary research interests focus on the interactions between government and non-profit sector in policy process and social service provision. Specifically, his research examines non-profit policy advocacy, monitory democracy, co-production, co-management, and co-governance of social and community services. He is also very interested in public administration theory through a cultural approach.
