Description
Perchlorate (ClO₄⁻) is a persistent and highly soluble oxyanion increasingly being recognised as a contaminant of concern internationally. This exciting project aims to investigate the environmental behaviour, distribution, and management of perchlorate across Australia. Whilst primarily based at Flinders University, candidates will work collaboratively with the Energetic Materials Research Network (EMRNet) partners and may be required to undertake fieldwork and laboratory studies at other locations.
