This course aims to build and deepen skills developed from Workplace Coaching Level 1.
It will provide you with:

3 full day, consecutive, face-to-face workshops, plus 2 x 1.5 hour virtual sessions.

To obtain the Workplace Coaching Level 1 micro-credential, you will need to undertake three assessment activities, and achieve a non-graded pass in each one.
To obtain the Workplace Coaching Level 2 micro-credential, you will need to undertake three assessment activities, and achieve a non-graded pass in each one.
Once you've successfully completed all assessment components of Workplace Coaching Level 1, you will be awarded your Workplace Coaching Level 1 Microcredential. If you choose not to complete the assessment activities, you can still receive a Certificate of Participation in Workplace Coaching Level 1, if you undertake all other components of the course.
Once you've successfully completed all assessment components of Workplace Coaching Level 2, you will be awarded your Workplace Coaching Level 2 Microcredential. If you choose not to complete the assessment activities, you can still receive a Certificate of Participation in Workplace Coaching Level 2, if you undertake all other components of the course.
Successful completion of both Workplace Coaching Level 1 and Workplace Coaching Level 2 Micro-credentials, provides credit towards a topic in Flinders University’s esteemed MBA or Graduate Certificate in Business Administration program, subject to entry requirements.
Completion of Workplace Coaching Level 1 and Level 2, and completion of required coaching hours, may provide a portfolio pathway to accreditation with ICF (International Coaching Federation).
