Chronic Disease/Mental health network - Men’s health
The Project Echo Men’s Health Network aims to discuss a range of contemporary issues relating to men’s health in Australia. These will span issues such as the status of men’s health in Australia, men’s help-seeking and health service use, men’s mental health, fatherhood and fathering, healthy masculinities, settings approaches for engaging men in primary health care, and equity and men’s health in the context of priority populations of men, such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men, rural and remote men, and boys and young men. We look forward to having lively and productive conversations that aim to advance men’s health outcomes in the NT.
We will have many guest panel members from the allied health, nursing, community and medical fields.
Further network dates in 2025 to be advised.
