Project management & leadership: Lead Flinders Online projects, ensuring timely, high-quality, and scalable course delivery. Drive change management, supporting academics through transitions and pedagogical updates. Provide strategic leadership and drive innovation as part of the LTI leadership team.

Stakeholder collaboration & relationship management: Collaborate with academics, and external partners to deliver targeted training and educational interventions aligned with Flinders Online goals. Strengthen stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to Flinders Online principles. 

Instructional design expertise: Apply evidence-based instructional design principles and leverage technology to enhance learning outcomes and engagement in the Flinders Online project.

Team leadership, consultation and capability building: Lead a team of learning designers, providing expert guidance on online learning design. Deliver training and capability-building for teaching teams to adapt to evolving educational contexts. Support academics in implementing effective online learning strategies. 

Innovation and technology integration: Drive the adoption of innovative tools and practices, including AI, to enhance learning design and improve topic design and delivery.
