Jade Hollick is an Associate Lecturer (Teaching Specialist) at Flinders University, teaching in early childhood education. She brings extensive classroom experience into her university teaching, supporting pre-service teachers to connect theory with real-world early learning practice.

Jade is a Highly Accomplished Teacher with more than 15 years’ experience across early childhood and primary settings in Western Australia, Tasmania, and South Australia. Her work has included metropolitan, regional, and remote communities, with a strong focus on inclusive practice, behaviour support, and play-based learning.

With a background in Psychology and postgraduate qualifications in Primary and Early Childhood Education, Jade has also trained practitioners across education, psychology, and social work in evidence-based programs supporting positive parenting, anxiety, neurodivergence, and early behaviour guidance. Her current interests include early numeracy, educator intentionality, behaviour support, and reflective documentation.

Jade is passionate about supporting emerging educators to feel confident, capable, and grounded in their professional identity.
