Musfera’s professional interests focus on the application of spatial data, GIS, and digital technologies to support evidence-based decision-making within the built environment. She has a strong interest in urban and regional planning, spatial data governance, sustainability, and resilience, particularly where data and technology can be used to improve planning outcomes, service accessibility, and organisational effectiveness.
She is interested in multidisciplinary collaboration and enjoys working at the intersection of research, professional practice, and applied spatial analysis. Her areas of interest include spatial information management, urban resilience, service accessibility, and the use of data-driven approaches to support strategic planning and infrastructure management.
In addition to her professional interests, Musfera values community engagement, lifelong learning, and knowledge sharing. She has a strong interest in initiatives that support inclusive and equitable communities, particularly those that enhance access to services, education, and sustainable urban environments. She is also passionate about supporting women in education and professional pathways, and values opportunities that encourage mentorship, collaboration, and personal development.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring nature, reading, and spending time with family, all of which contribute to her broader interest in wellbeing, balance, and community connection.
