Shai Coggins is an Experiential Programs Trainer with Flinders New Venture Institute and a casual academic with the College of Education, Psychology, and Social Work at Flinders University, where she teaches Science and HASS topics in undergraduate teacher education programs.

With a background spanning classroom teaching, STEM coordination, educational technologies, industry and government partnerships, as well as curriculum and learning design, Shai brings a practical, student-centred approach to teaching and training in tertiary education.

Currently pursuing a PhD in education focused on critical thinking and creativity in writing literacy using XR and AI, Shai is particularly interested in preparing future teachers and students to integrate digital technologies thoughtfully and creatively. She is committed to fostering practical creativity and purposeful innovation in the next generation of educators and professional practitioners.
