I am a clinical psychologist in the Discipline of Behavioural Health, CMPH. My clinical expertise is in clinical interventions to manage mental health across the lifespan. My research focuses on child, adolescent, and adult mental health and neuropsychology. Of particular interest are the negative impacts of social media use on mental health, psychological interventions designed to reduce the negative impact of social media use on mental health, and the impacts of early nutrition on child neurodevelopment.

I have been a member of the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency since 2004. I have provided consultation and expert mental health advice to a range of agencies and media outlets (e.g. The Advertiser, FIVEaa radio).
