I am a clinical psychologist in the Discipline of Behavioural Health, CMPH. My clinical expertise is in clinical interventions to manage mental health across the lifespan. My research focuses on child, adolescent, and adult mental health and neuropsychology. Of particular interest are the negative impacts of social media use on mental health, psychological interventions designed to reduce the negative impact of social media use on mental health, and the impacts of early nutrition on child neurodevelopment.
