Description
The Australian Contaminated Land Consultants Association (ACLCA) represents the major environmental consulting firms involved in the assessment and management of contaminated sites in South Australia. ACLCA's mission is to pursue and promote best practice and ongoing professional development across the contaminated land industry. We facilitate better contaminated land outcomes for the community, the environment and business through the promotion of world-class, best practice assessment and remediation.

The scholarship aims to support research in the field of contaminated land and related areas such as soil and water pollution, hydrogeology, remediation technologies, risk assessment, or environmental policy. Its purpose is to advance industry-relevant knowledge while fostering collaboration between the University and industry partners.
Benefits
The scholarship will have a value of up to $10,000 (determined by research funding needs), to be paid in 2 x equal progress instalments at the end of each semester of the academic year, or 2 x part payments over the course of the project if the project is being completed in a shorter timeframe (subject to satisfactory academic progress in the student’s overall coursework and satisfactory progress reporting at end of semesters 1 and 2 and presentation of final report prior to end of semester 3, or other regular progress reporting per mutual agreement if project is being completed over a shorter timeframe than 1 x academic year).
