The Manager Assist Program (MAP) has been designed to confidentially provide support to people managers. It provides an alternative method for managers to seek support when managing personal and interpersonal situations in staff performance, work relationships and organisational change.
This program operates in parallel to the support provided through People and Culture.
The Manager and Supervisor Resources provides access to a range of relevant advice for our supervisors. Topics captured here include navigating the HR system Workday, how to induct new staff, People and Culture Policies and Procedures, and information about Benefits, Pay and Leave.
People and Culture have developed the Supervisor Reference Manual as a comprehensive resource, designed to support managers at all levels under their role as a supervisor.
