On Monday 16 April Flinders University celebrated the significant milestone of awarding its 100,000th graduate.
The celebration of this milestone was made particularly special by the attendance of the very first Flinders graduate, Professor Alan Easton, MSc(PhysSc) ’67, PhD(PhysSc) ’71. Professor Easton was one of just three students conferred at Flinders first graduation ceremony in 1967.
The 100,000th person to graduate from Flinders was Sarah Wright. Sarah is a mature age student who completed a double degree in Bachelor of Education (Middle and Secondary Schooling) and Bachelor of Health Science.
We value each and every one of our graduates and are proud of our alumni achievements. The stories below capture the essence of our graduates, who are finding their place, making their mark and making a difference around the world.
