After extensive consultation with staff and students, the 2024–2027 Disability Action Plan (DAP) has been officially endorsed.
This DAP serves as a foundational framework, highlighting four key priority areas aimed at addressing and removing barriers to equitable participation for people with disability.
Everyone has a role in preventing gender-based violence. Flinders fosters equal opportunities, including offering support to women who may be experiencing violence in their lives.
In February 2016, Flinders participated in the launch of the Respect. Now. Always campaign, focused on addressing and preventing sexual assault and harassment in the higher education sector. The action plan details the Flinders commitment, including training.
Flinders proudly demonstrates our commitment to reconciliation in our Reconciliation Action Plan Innovate. The RAP details our approach to advancing our path to reconciliation.
In addition to actively supporting Reconciliation, Flinders has developed the Indigenous Workforce Strategy which demonstrates our commitment to progressing Indigenous advancement.
