Your Flinders University student account will be disabled following a 12-month grace period from your conferral date.

Services you will lose access to:

Flinders Emails
U Drive and One Drive
Microsoft 365 SPSS, Nvivo, MATLAB and Endnote
Software Licences including Flinders Computers
Eduroam with your Flinders credentials
Flinders Print
Student Discounts including OnTheHub and Studentbeans
Swipe access with Student ID card

What you will need to do:

Keep copies of emails you may need in the future, including:
Employment documents, police checks, references or letters of recommendation

Check whether your Flinders email is linked to:
Subscriptions / Online accounts, Logins or recovery emails

Save copies of important documents stored in:
OneDrive and Your U: drive

Download any assignments, projects or resources you want to keep from:
FLO, Canva and Final-year topics or subjects

If you haven’t already:
Request an unofficial transcript through the Student System and keep a copy for your records.

Flinders University is delighted to provide special discounts for staff and alumni for study.

The University offers a 20% course discount to all eligible alumni living in Australia to align with the current 20% full duration scholarship offered to Flinders University international alumni for the new MBA courses.

Opening hours: 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

After hours or when all staff are busy you will be given an option to leave a voicemail message. Voicemails will be accessed as soon as practical during business hours otherwise you may choose to log an IT support request.
