How do we build more integrated services for families?
Our presenter and panel members discussed how family services can be professionally organised and clinically coherent, but are oriented to single issues when families don’t live this way. They also discussed restorative practice and the experience in Leeds UK, and why it’s important to remove road blocks and improve collaboration between services.

Navigating the complexity
World renowned UK social work expert, Emeritus Professor Eileen Munro, London School of Economics, discussed how complexity can be managed but not controlled and the implications for social work based on the Munro Review of the English Child Protection System and her work with ten local authorities in England effecting whole system redesign to support Signs of Safety practice with families.
