If your application to study at Flinders University is successful, you will receive an Offer of Admission to a course at Flinders via email.
If you applied to an undergraduate degree, you will have received an Offer of Admission for the highest preference for which you were qualified.
If you applied for admission to a postgraduate course (Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Masters, or PhD), you may receive a pathway Offer of Admission.

To accept your Offer of Admission, please return a completed Acceptance Form together with a Streamlined Student Visa Framework (SSVF) Declaration, or a Genuine Temporary Entrant/Genuine Student (GTE/GS) Declaration Form and Financial Capacity Declaration (if required).
The Flinders International Admissions team will review these documents and advise of any further required documentation before you proceed to fee payments (Step 3).
Your deposit payment is due once you have accepted your offer of admission. Do not make any payment until we have received your acceptance form and advised you to proceed to payment. The deposit payment may be the full commencing semester tuition fee or a portion, as requested on your Offer of Admission.
At this time, you must also pay your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) visa or provide evidence of a pre-arranged OSHC.
After you have paid your deposit, all remaining payments can be made by the topic due date because students are charged per topic.
At Flinders University, we offer the Western Union GlobalPay to make it easier for students to pay the international tuition fee payments. This system is a faster and more reliable way to pay. You can pay from your bank account with a telegraphic transfer or use a credit card.
Paying via Western Union GlobalPay is as simple as following these steps:

A Payment Reference Number is required when making payments by BPAY® or by cheque.
To obtain your Payment Reference Number, login to the Student System. Your Payment Reference Number is located near the top right-hand corner of your Fee Account.

Please include your full name in your payment and ensure your student number is included as the payment reference. A transfer fee may be charged by your bank.
Students are able to pay their fees via our student system upon activating their student account and logging in.

Once your payment has been processed, the International Centre will issue you with a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) document. You must have a CoE to apply for a visa.
If you do not provide a complete visa application including your CoE, OSHC Verification Letter, and a detailed statement of purpose and other required documentation at time of lodgement it may result in your visa application being delayed or refused.

Once Flinders has received your tuition fee payment, you will receive a copy of the pre-departure guide.
Once you have confirmed your flight, please advise the International Student Services team of your arrival details by completing the arrival booking form. They will arrange to meet you at Adelaide Airport to welcome you to Adelaide and to take you to your accommodation.
You may be able to defer your entry for 1 or 2 semesters based on compassionate or compelling grounds. This is subject to University approval.
The following courses cannot be deferred:
Application for deferral will be reassessed according to current GTE and GS guidelines.
