If you don’t claim or collect your Ultimate Student Pack by Monday 24 August, you will forfeit your student pack and your eligibility to receive it. Unfortunately, the pack cannot be held, reserved, or claimed after this date.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm unable to pick up my pack on the collection date?

If you are unable to collect your Ultimate Student Pack on the collection dates, please contact Eliza Oatway at eliza.oatway@flinders.edu.au to arrange a suitable collection time at the Bedford Park campus (between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays). You will need to claim your pack by Monday 24 August.

Do I need to bring ID to collect my pack?

Yes, you must bring ID to collect your Ultimate Student Pack. This includes either your Flinders Student ID (physical or digital) or passport.

I'm unable to collect my pack, can I have someone else collect it for me?

Yes, you will need to let us know the name of the person collecting your pack in advance and they will need to present their ID when collecting the pack on your behalf.

The nominated person can collect from at the nominated collection dates.

How do I know if I'm eligible to receive a pack?

Students who meet the terms and conditions for our Ultimate Student Pack will receive an email by the 24th July 2026, with details on how to collect their packs.

There is no additional application process for these packs and successful students will automatically receive a pack.

I'm deferring my offer to study from Semester 2, 2026 (July intake) to 2027, am I still eligible to receive a pack?

No, only students starting a Flinders University degree in Semester 2, 2026 (July intake) are eligible to receive an Ultimate Student Pack.

I'm starting a Flinders University Academy course in Semester 2, 2026 am I eligible to receive a pack?

No, only students starting a Flinders University degree are eligible to receive Ultimate Student Pack.
