Collection dates

New international students starting semester 2, 2025 can collect their Ultimate Student Pack at either Bedford Park or City campus.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm unable to pick up my pack on the collection date?

If you are unable to collect your Ultimate Student Pack on the collection dates, you can collect your pack from Flinders International on Level 1 of the Professional Services Building (enter via the Student Hub, Level 1) during 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Do I need to bring ID to collect my pack?

Yes, you must bring ID to collect your Ultimate Student Pack. This includes either your Flinders Student ID (physical or digital) or passport.

I'm unable to collect my pack, can I have someone else collect it for me?

Yes, only after the initial Ultimate Student Pack collection date on Tuesday 22 July 2025.

You will need to let us know the name of the person collecting your pack in advance and they will need to present their ID when collecting the pack on your behalf.

The nominated person can collect from Flinders International on Level 1 of the Professional Services Building (enter via the Student Hub, Level 1) during 9:00am - 5:00pm from 23 July 2025 onwards.

How do I know if I'm eligible to receive a pack?

Students who meet the terms and conditions for our Ultimate Student Pack will receive an email after 14 July 2025 with details on how to collect their packs.

There is no additional application process for these packs and successful students will automatically receive a pack.

I'm deferring my offer to study from Semester 2, 2025 (July and October intakes) to 2026, am I still eligible to receive a pack?

No, only students starting a Flinders University degree in Semester 2, 2025 (July and October intakes) are eligible to receive an Ultimate Student Pack.

I'm starting a Flinders University Academy course in Semester 2, 2025, am I eligible to receive a pack?

No, only students starting a Flinders University degree are eligible to receive Ultimate Student Pack.
