I am motivated by the desire to keep growing and to make meaningful contributions in the field I care about. My passion for animals and their well-being drives me to learn as much as I can about their behaviour and how to improve their quality of life.
At the same time, my parents have always supported my education, and I hope to make them proud by making the most of the opportunities given to me. This scholarship would ease the financial burden on my family and allow me to focus on my studies, gain knowledge from experts in the field, and participate in volunteering opportunities that support animal welfare and conservation.
The city of Adelaide is known for its festivals and arts culture, at the same time offering beautiful nature parks and beaches, creating a balance between a vibrant city life and also a peaceful environment to unwind.
Growing up, I always thought I wanted to become a veterinarian because of my love towards animals and my desire to help them. However, as I explored more about different career paths, I realised I was especially curious about animal behaviour, particularly their actions and how they communicate. Discovering the field of animal behaviour helped me realise that this was the area I truly wanted to pursue.
Life’s a journey, not a race. Keep going at your own pace.
My hobbies mainly revolve around music and animals. I enjoy playing instruments, listening to music, and singing or harmonising. I also like watching television dramas in my free time. Spending time with my pets also brings a sense of comfort after a long day.
I chose to study in Australia because of its strong reputation for high-quality education and research, particularly in fields related to animal science and wildlife. Australia’s unique biodiversity also makes it an interesting place to study animals and their natural behaviours
