Trauma Responsive Practice
If you are a graduate with a degree in social work, teaching, nursing, allied health, or youth and community-focused studies with previous studies including diverse population groups with experiences of trauma, Flinders University can provide you with knowledge and skills to help you progress your career in trauma responsive practice. Students will gain in-depth knowledge of trauma informed theory and practice and focus on fields of practice including family violence, working with children and young people, and supervision and leadership.
Micro-credential - Supporting children who have experienced trauma
In collaboration with Emerging Minds, this micro-credential is designed to support and guide your learning on interpersonal trauma and its impacts on children. Whatever context you work in, this topic will help you to work with children and their families with increased confidence and skill, providing them with the support that they need.
