Dr Sandi Laaksonen-Sherrin is a systems reform specialist, researcher and executive leader with 20+ years' experience designing and leading policy, organisational and service reforms across government, the Defence and veteran sectors, and the not-for-profit sector. Her PhD research at the University of New South Wales provides Australia's most comprehensive systems analyses of veteran reintegration and has informed practical tools to support evidence-informed policy, governance and social service reform.
Sandi is recognised for translating complex research into actionable strategies that strengthen collaboration, improve public policy and deliver better outcomes for individuals, communities and government.
