All ambassadors are current Flinders students, offering genuine, unscripted conversations about studying at Flinders - from courses, scholarships to visas, accommodation and campus life. What can I ask during the chat?

Students commonly ask about course requirements, scholarships, cost of living in Adelaide, housing, campus life, student services, and how to choose between programs. There are genuinely no wrong questions.

Can my parents or family member join the call?

Absolutely. We welcome family members on the call - many of our international students make this decision with their family's input, and our ambassadors are happy to speak to them directly.

Do I need to have applied to Flinders already?

No. This service is for anyone considering Flinders - whether you're at the very beginning of your research or already partway through an application. You're welcome at any stage.

What if English isn't my first language?

Many of our ambassadors speak languages other than English - check the language badges on each card. The conversation is informal and supportive, not a test of your English.

What happens after the chat?

You'll receive a follow-up email with resources relevant to what you discussed - program pages, the application checklist, scholarship information, or next steps.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Your personal information is handled in accordance with Flinders University's Privacy Policy. Conversations are private and booking details held securely.
