I’m an avid video game player and I’m aspiring to become a Concept Artist – a designer who conceptualises character art for video games and film. I always wanted to be someone who is identified because of their unique creations – it was always a ping-pong between scientist or artist. 

Why study in Australia? 

I wanted to study in Australia for the quality of education and affordability. Flinders University was the top choice for me because of their course structure. Also, the natural beauty of the campus really appealed to me. I’m looking forward to visiting all the tourist places in Adelaide when I arrive – I like to draw motivation from nature!

I’m looking forward to sharing my culture – particularly Indian food – the variety is amazing, and there is always something for everyone’s taste. 

What are your career aspirations? 

Gaming is a balance of creativity, fun, and technology in a highly competitive sector. Creative and passionate professionals are needed who have an exceptional balance of innovation, and technology.

India, being one of the fastest developing countries in the world is a booming industry for game development companies that have already started establishing themselves in India. Within a few years, India will be competing with the game development hotspots, including Canada, USA, Korea, and many more.

After Successful completion of my course, I believe I will have gained enough experience and polished my skills to play a pivotal role as a concept artist in one of the well-established gaming companies like 99 Games, RV Technologies, Hashbyte Studio, and Ingenuity Games.
