Open Days is almost here, and we know you may still have some burning, last-minute questions, like:

How do I get there?
Is there food?
Can I park on campus?

Did I ask about food?

Maybe we’re a little fixated on food, but we know how good it is at Flinders. Ok, let’s get those questions answered!

Getting to Open Days

Getting to Flinders at Bedford Park is incredibly easy. As well as a number of bus services, the Flinders railway line will take you straight from the CBD to Flinders in around 22 minutes. Catch the FLNDRS (Flinders to City) train and you'll have enough time to catch a few TikToks (follow us at Flinders TikTok), catch up on some reading or just relax with your playlist.

The train stops at the new Flinders Station, right next door to campus, with loop buses taking you from the station to the action every few minutes across the day.

If you want to drive and park, Flinders has several thousand free car parks available, but keep in mind they do fill up, so consider getting in early. Here's our map to help you locate our carparks.

For cyclists, there are plenty of parking spots for your bikes. Check out the locations as well as other transport options.

If you're in the Adelaide CBD, come along to our City Campus, you'll find us on Station Lane, just outside the Adelaide Railway Station from 10am - 3pm on Sunday 11 August.

Entertainment and activities

Open Days is an immersive experience, and there are a variety of activities (over 60) across campus, ranging from AR and VR experiences to shark dissection and more. The Plaza and Hub is central to Flinders, and you’ll find a lot of activities based in this area.

Food and drink

Would we let you down? We did say we want you to get a taste of campus life, and Bedford Park has a stack of great food outlets. You’ll be moving around a lot on the day, so we do recommend bringing your own water, but we also have fountains on campus and bottled water available. Oh, and coffee. Mmmmm. Coffee…..
