Assessment

Activities including self-reflection are part of the workshop. Submission for assessment is optional.

Learning outcomes

• Critically reflect on one’s practice and perspectives as a clinical supervisor to identify and develop strategies for improvement in relation to clinical supervision/education.
  
• Evaluate the impact of contextual factors (including environment and culture) on providing effective methods to support learners and learning.
• Demonstrate knowledge of learner-centred clinical supervision strategies to build and sustain effective clinical supervision in diverse workplace environments.
