Flinders offers the Doctor of Medicine in the Northern Territory.
Our Northern Territory Medical Program is taught across Darwin, Alice Springs, Katherine and Nhulunbuy. Study our internationally recognised Doctor of Medicine with particular strengths in Indigenous and rural health and workplace development. In the Northern Territory Medical Program you'll have the opportunity to undertake an entire year or more of study in a remote area.
Places in the Northern Territory Medical Program are for applicants who are prepared to work in the Northern Territory for at least four years after graduation.
Flinders NT also encompasses the Centre for Remote Health, the Poche Centre for Indigenous Health, Remote and Rural Interprofessional Placement Learning NT (RIPPL NT) and the Flinders NT Regional Training Hub.
Preference for the Northern Territory Medical Program is given to Northern Territory and Indigenous applicants, however any Australian residents may apply.
