The Master of Education (Educational Research, Evaluation and Assessment) consists of 72 units or 54 units depending on the entry level.
You need to choose one core and at least three specialist research topics. Upon completion of these topics, you will conduct an independent coursework project or a dissertation to pursue a particular area of interest. These projects often afford you the opportunity to author and present papers at educational research conferences.
Students interested in doctoral studies are especially encouraged to complete the 18-unit dissertation. However, you must achieve a distinction average in your coursework topics before this option will be given consideration.
The remaining topics can be chosen from the Master of Education (Educational Research, Evaluation and Assessment) option topic list.
