The Diploma in Laws lets you experience university-level law through a diverse range of topics, while building skills that complement careers in business, government and community sectors. This one-year qualification is ideal for those who want to understand the legal frameworks that shape industry and professional practice. After completing eight topics and obtaining the diploma, you can transition into second year of the Bachelor of Laws - Legal Practice Entry, providing a clear pathway to further study and career progression.

Designed for paralegals looking to upskill, professionals and students from other disciplines seeking to build legal capability, and those exploring a transition into the legal sector, this qualification develops skills valued across government, business, community services, and compliance. While this course does not qualify graduates for admission as a legal practitioner, it provides a strong foundation and a clear pathway into further legal study.
