The Biochemistry and Molecular Biology major explores how living things work at the level of DNA, enzymes, cells, metabolism and genetics. It draws on the interface between biology, chemistry and genetics. Biochemists and molecular biologists are working on the big global challenges, from mapping genes to cancer cures to solutions for climate change.
