A degree in Ancient Studies opens up a wide range of career opportunities across multiple sectors of society. Graduates can pursue careers in academia, art, business, cultural heritage and environmental resource management, as well as community and international development. The program also prepares students for roles in diplomacy, education, government and public administration, media, politics, and publishing.

Project manager
A project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from start to finish. They coordinate teams, manage budgets, set deadlines and ensure project goals align with business objectives. Project Managers serve as the main point of communication between stakeholders and team members, identifying risks and solving problems to keep the project on track.
Project Managers work across industries, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.
Exhibition designer
An exhibition designer creates immersive, educational and visually compelling displays that bring collections and stories to life. They collaborate with curators, educators, and conservators to design layouts that enhance visitor engagement while preserving the integrity of the artifacts. Using a mix of physical and digital design tools, they plan spatial arrangements, lighting, graphics and interactive elements. Attention to detail, storytelling and an understanding of audience experience are key to their role in shaping meaningful and memorable exhibitions.
