General Manager
This role builds leadership skills in operations and offers opportunities to work with brands or products that align with your passions. Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of an organisation or a business unit within an organisation. Rather than focusing on one functional area of management, such as HR, procurement or administration, you will oversee all aspects of the business or business unit.
Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager you will play a leading role in managing the production of goods and/or the provision of services. Manages logistics, resource allocation, and process improvements to ensure smooth daily operations. Acting as a bridge between management and staff, this role sharpens organisational and problem-solving skills essential for career growth in leadership.

Manager
Oversees the daily operations of a business or department. They make decisions related to finance, human resources, marketing and operations to make sure that the company runs efficiently. General managers often report directly to senior executives and play a critical role in driving company growth and profitability.
Practice Manager
Oversees the operations of a medical or professional practice, such as a clinic, dental office or law firm. They manage staff, budgets and daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities often include scheduling, compliance with regulations, financial management and improving patient or client satisfaction. Practice Managers use their organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills to juggle day-to-day tasks while keeping an eye on big-picture goals. They play a key role in ensuring the success and smooth running of the practice.
